Is raising taxes good for the economy, neutral, or bad?

Generally bad, so that's what I voted. Under certain circumstances it can be good though. It also depends on what the tax level IS. If it's zero, for instance, and there is no spending on education or infrastructure as a result, a tax increase might be a necessity for the economy.
