Uhh...it's your party that doesn't want to vote for a Mormon. Maybe you guys should work on that. And I'm not totally convinced they are comfortable voting for a black, but at least he's a Christian!

And our friend from Brazil was joking, just in case you couldn't tell.

Right because we all know that Obama is leading Romney in the heart of Dixie. Last time I checked, Romney comfortably beats Obama in Alabama, leads him in Virginia, South Carolina, and so on. It's more of a culture issue than religious. Southerners will vote for Romney in the general election, but are supportive of people like Perry, Cain, Gingrich, and Palin because they are a better culturally fit for the region, not because of bigotry. I'm sure there are a few people that would never vote for Romney because of his religion, but they certainly aren't the majority in the South.

Romney's Mormonism is an issue, that is why he can't get traction. Trust me. Of course he's still better than a black democrat.....

Dixieland will hold the nose and vote for a Smurf against that smurfing Mormon Yankee!

Why?  History tells us that both of them got lynched back in the day, and most of the time, for pretty good reasons.

LOL, I wonder what Mr. Morden had to edit.
