Bump. Are we voting on regional chairs too? Because if you can hold more than one office and no-one else is interested I'd like to go for Northeast chair. Smiley

I'll nominate all incumbents for simplicity's sake!!

And Kalwejt, the Secretary maintains a list of members or something. You didn't wanna do it last time, IIRC.

Well, I'm not seeking any party office. Maybe in future, but no thanks this time.

Anyone else interested in being Secretary?

Also, Lief doesn't seem to be terribly active in Atlasia at the moment, so I'd like to nominate Napoleon as NE Chairman instead, if he wants to do it.

We also need a ME Chair. Any takers?

I would be willing to serve but I think finding an active Mideast chair would be more beneficial because that seems to be our weakest area. We should strive to be competitive across the map.

^ Okay, I nominate Fritz.

Alright here are the current nominations. Keep in mind nominations have to be seconded. Candidates that have declined are not included.

Chair: Bgwah (fourthed)
Vice Chair: Snowguy (seconded)
Whip: Oakvale (seconded)
Secretary: Fritz (needs to be seconded)

ME Chair: None (vacant since June)
MW Chair: None (Snowguy moved to another region)
NE Chair: Napoleon (needs to be seconded)
SE Chair: Bacon King (needs to be seconded)
Pac Chair: Ebowed (needs to be seconded)

I'm not liking the  whole "seconded" system... Tongue

Cross-party endorsements!
At a previous convention, we changed our bylaws. If you're not a member of the JCP and are interested in the party's endorsement for a certain office, please declare so. Otherwise you will not be eligible for an endorsement.

This will be particularly relevant for regions where we may not run candidates, such as the ME or SE.

I am seeking an endorsement for the Mideast Senate seat.

I humbly beg all party members to endorse Shua for the Mideast Senate seat.

I admit to extreme bias in this matter for he is my good friend.  He is also one of the most honest people I know on this website and sticks by his principles.

Very weak reasoning I know from a very new party member, but I thought I would put the word out for him at least.

Of course we should endorse shua. I'd be very disappointed if we endorsed any other non-JCP candidate in that race.

I support endorsing shua in the Mideast race. He's got a strong record of working across party lines, and certainly deserves to return to the Senate.
