Technically the 48 hour declaration period doesn't start till Thursday, but I am going to get the ball rolling here if some want to go ahead and declare.


This process determines who and the ordering of endorsements of non-RPP candidates for non-RPP preferences in the election.

The by-laws don't mention us nominating non-RPP members.  They do state however, that non-RPP members can declare for consideration.

Non-RPP candidates seeking the endorsement of the RPP for preferences in an election for an office must declare in order to be a part of the endorsement vote regarding that said office.

Strictly speaking, yes, but the reason such a rule is not in place is because of the risk that their may be a necessity to have dual office holding should no one else show interest in the position.
