Thanks you for your endorsement (if you want to call it that). God willing I'll find the mental energy to whip up some motivation (probably regarding something like roads or maybe an inside-government reform) and prove myself useful outside of just voting.

Well it looks like I once again won re-election, to continue another term of uselesness. (Note to self: find motivation to write legislation). Anyway, as the RPP appears to be dis-solving, I must find a new party to join. Among those I'm considering are the Individual Freedom Party, the Communitarian Party (which should be changed to "Whig"), and the Pigs Wearing Boots party.

Thanks you! That looks like a fine apartment type building (is it called a brownstone? I know nothing of this "urban" stuff) in some sort of urban environment.

Here ye! Here ye! Today, I have joined the Communitarian Party of Atlasia! Pending the official demise of the current party system, new parties have begun springing up, ranging from ones with Libertarian ideals, to ones with even Socialist beliefs! In searching for a party to for me to represent, and vice versa to be represented by, I looked over a few. While things with names like the "Liberal Party" were obviously out of the question, there were a few that I had on my list. They included the Individual Freedom Party, and some sort of party about pigs wearing boots. However, my final choice turned out to be the first one I looked at, the Communitarian Party (don't worry, we'll change it to Whig!). While a name that begins with the letters "Communi-" was near an anathema to someone of my ideological tastes, looking into it, I saw differently. Overall, it looks to be the country's largest Centre-Right party emerging, though hopefully not at the expense of our more liberal wing--which we shall rely on to help us win elections. I look forward to participating it and running under its banner. Thank you, Good night, and Good luck.

Brownstones are a very specific type of townhouse, with walkup stairs and brown stone, like this:

The house would go by the more generic "townhouse". Thank you, hopefully you can visit one day.

Thanks. In my view I've served the time (Pretty sure I was elected in November 2010) but haven't done enough work to deserve running for those positions. I have something in the back of my mind planned for transportation, and for internal government reform that I fell could lighten the load on my conscience enough for me to feel free running for higher office.

ATTENTION: Recently, while scrolling through the voting booth thread, I found that my good friend 20RP12 wrote me in as his second preference for Assembly. From what I recall of the rules, write-ins are not accepted for offices unless the person being written-in has said he or she will accept write-ins. Let it be known that while I have no intention of running for anything as of yet or in the near future, I will accept write-ins for whatever office you choose, so that they not be wasted and thrown aside.

Also, having recently arrived home from a sabbatical in the ever so awkwardly named "Boys State" and having been a member of their House of Representatives, I am considering jumping back into the arena in the near future. Any thoughts?

But I want you to run for stuff! Or move to the Midwest or Pacific and run locally. They need activity. I'll probably be moving to the Pacific in September when I'm eligible.

Whoa, man. Easy. I had the good Dr. Thompson up there for a while. Now I'm putting up my hero Alexander Hamilton. Don't worry though. The good Dr. will cycle back around soon enough.
