Isn't medical marijuana 'restricted' anyway?

I'm not thrilled that this Bill would permit 'self-medication' ... I support medically supervised marijuana use for people suffering from these conditions... but I would prefer that it were clear that it remain the medical practitioner's call and no restrictions should be in place... assumed they have medical clearance.

I think marijuana use should be fully legalized and regulated, but I will vote aye on this bill.

If I am elected president, I'd urge the senate to legalize marijuana usage.  Your right to consume a soft drug in a way that does not harm others should be protected by the federal government of Atlasia.  If you do not like marijuana, you have the choice to refrain from using it.

This is my problem with the Bill.. it's trying to straddle a middle-ground.

I support legalisation, so either go for legalisation or re-word the Bill. Otherwise it appears to create an unnecessary back-way to circumstantial legalisation.

What is the effect of this on the Bill?

And would it be contravening any regional rights?

I have been trying to contact Senator Napoleon to discuss this Bill with me but he is yet to respond to my request for information.

I plan on making my decision within the next hour.

EDIT: I have decided to take more time, and give others more opportunity to discuss the issues with me... privately.
