I used partisan data from The Atlas and the map from a book called the Congressional District Atlas (Districts of the 91st Congress) by the US Department of Commerce and the Bureau of the Census.

Actually Dave's Atlas already has the data for 1960-2008, I just found the maps that go along with them from the Congressional District Atlas (Districts of the 91st Congress) which I cited at the top.  Wink

Alaska has data from every election in their state's history on their SoS's website. It's one of the better ones out there.
