The debate will be on Bloomberg TV (ch 353, DirecTV) from 8-10 pm ET/7-9 pm CT from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.  I believe it will also be streamed online.

Here is more info, including where to find it online:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/election-2012/post/republican-debate-where-and-when-you-can-find-it/2011/10/10/gIQA6Q9OaL_blog.html

Note that the format will be different from the previous debates.  The entire debate will be about the economy.  Rather than standing at podiums, the candidates will be "seated side-by-side at a round table facing the hosts and surrounded by audience members."  Charlie Rose will moderate, with help from Karen Tumulty and Julianna Goldman.

Meanwhile, Cain's surge in the polls means that he'll be seated stage center, next to Romney:

http://www.thedailybeast.com/cheats/2011/10/11/cain-takes-center-seat-at-debate.html

Also, note the debate planners amusing new spin on the anti-Gary Johnson rule:

I'd love to see Buddy in the debate--I'd half-consider voting for him.

Perry will be seated next to Bachmann. WaPo has a debate seating chart:

Worth noting: The ends are actually a perfect spot from which to mount attacks on the leading candidates (since those seated there will be almost facing them anyway).

Huntsman-Bachmann-Perry-Cain-Romney-Paul-Gingrich-Santorum

I like that seating chart...sitting in between Perry and Romney works well for Cain

Hilarious.

Their second criteria says:

2) Campaign reported at least half a million dollars raised in its FEC filing through the 2011 second quarter reporting period.

...

Neither Perry nor Huntsman have filed anything with the FEC for Quarter 2 ...

I'll listen for your cheer in the loud chorus of them when Michele Bachmann says God's probably loading up another hurricane to throw at the Occupy Wall Street protesters.

Bloomberg TV? Audience will be below 1 mil. I've never even watched that channel for more than 30 seconds, and I have it.

This does raise the question: What will this debate's embarrassing audience reaction be, and how out of proportion will it be blown?

I think a more likely scenario would be

----------------------------------

"Currently, unemployment benefits run out after 99 weeks-"

Applause.

Dartmouth has apparently taken action to prevent inappropriate audience behavior.

Basically, there are fewer tickets.

http://www.theatlanticwire.com/politics/2011/10/dartmouth-doesnt-want-be-embarrassed-its-gop-debate/43552/

Re-reading the article, however, their plans actually do not promise to be effective.
