Note that the format will be different from the previous debates.  The entire debate will be about the economy.  Rather than standing at podiums, the candidates will be "seated side-by-side at a round table facing the hosts and surrounded by audience members."  Charlie Rose will moderate, with help from Karen Tumulty and Julianna Goldman.

Meanwhile, Cain's surge in the polls means that he'll be seated stage center, next to Romney:

They went after him before in a piece about how he's driven up healthcare costs in Massachusetts.

While I agree with the piece on that, how is it right to spend the entire pre-debate time attacking the people that are nice enough to grace their presence on your network and give you 10 times the normal ratings you otherwise get.
