Agreed. I'm also curious to see Oregon and Washington state's numbers. I wonder if they're similar or if they differ much.

I read it as they're doing one third of the states each month so the first third was released last week and I think that means the 2nd third will be released in November 15-19 with the last third being released in December 15-19.
