Kinda both. We like it because it's actually much better than you'd expect from a 22-minute toy commercial; it has a lot of the humor (and the writing/animating staff) from the cartoons that I grew up with in the 90's.

Are you asking about the show or the video I just posted? If the latter, yes, it's creepy.

If the former, it's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Basically, they decided to make a new show for a Hasbro-run channel, and it actually turned out to be good due to clean animation, relatively solid writing (for a kids' show), and well-rounded characters who were designed to be more realistic female role models (other than being, y'know, horses.)
