As far as posters go, it would really depend on the situation. If I were looking for someone ideologically similar to me, I might go with Yelnoc or MilesC56. However, I'm not sure America would be ready for a two-communitarian ticket. If that were the case, it would depend on what issues I wanted to accentuate.

If I wanted to play more toward economic issues, I'd likely go with a Democrat, most likely Marokai Blue, Frodo, or Nathan or someone like that. If I wanted to play more toward social issues, I'd likely go with a Republican like TJ in Cleve or Tmthforu94. I could also take a more technocratic approach and select phnkrocket1, but I don't know if that's what you'd most want from a VP. (Sorry WA posters, I can't pick any of you)

Among real politicians, it's a bit tougher. I'd like someone like Bob Casey Jr, Heath Shuler, or Dan Lipinksi, but, again, that's trying for the communitarian/pro-life Democrat approach. Alternatively, someone like Sherrod Brown, Joe Donnelly, John Hoeven, Rick Santorum, Sam Brownback, or Mike Huckabee could work in various situations.
