Okay, I apologize, the term I used was inappropriate.

"Cool countries" VS Loser countries.

I'm also willing to add EU and NATO countries

In short:

Any country where 80% of the MP's in Parliament today represent parties (weather or not though merger or namechange) that held seats in the same Parliament 30 years ago, is not a loser country.
