1812 is also arguably a loss. Our invasion of Canada failed, the Treaty of Ghent did nothing about impressment, and the Brits burned down our capital and successfully blockaded most of the Atlantic coast.

For the record:

WINS: American Revolution, Mexican-American War, American Civil War, Philippine-American War, Sapnish-American War, World War One, World War Two, and Persian Gulf War.

LOSSES: Veitnam War

TIES: War of 1812, Korean War

PENDING: Bush's Wars.

How about Libya?

Well, Gaddafi's dead, but Saddam and Osama are dead too and their wars are still going on, so who knows? I'll just edit it so Libya is in the "pending" catagory.

To be fair on Afghany, OBL has only been dead 6 months, whereas Saddam has been dead going on 5 years, captured 8 years ago, and toppled 8 1/2 years ago.

Let's give Afghanistan a little more time before we judge based on the death of the central figure.

That's not an accurate comparison. Bin Laden had nothing to do with Afghanistan, at least not directly. Him living or dying doesn't affect anything there.

Why would it do that? The North attacked and their attack achieved nothing.

The War of 1812 and the Korean War were definitely not losses.
Anyone with a brain knew that the Iraq war was based upon faulty premises. Although we've had other wars based upon faulty premises (Remember the Maine, Gulf of Tonkin resolution), and I'm not sure if people even bother pretending that the Mexican-American war wasn't a land grab.

Actually, America lost all those wars.

It is amusing that DINO Bush-clone Obama adopted Bush's exit date.

No, he isn't a DINO because he didn't go to the right of Bush on this issue, duh.
