The Third team in the Presidential division....

The Gustaf Meatballs!

Might sound weird but I figured since he's Swedish, some might appreciate it. Just a suggestion...  Smiley

Unless JFK or Gustaf have any suggestions, I will just make a Nyman Nationals team for the 3rd

The Gustaf Meatballs are not happy, Mr. King  Tongue

Does King have any official statement regarding the naming of the Pennsylvania 13ers stadium?

Yea, Rick Rendell Stadium Tongue

No...that's not going to work. I suggested Melissa Brown Memorial Field but I think a certain member would not like that name.   Smiley

I wish to buy the Philadelphia team, or have a stake in it.

We have a taker on the Pennsylvania 13ers!

Can we get a name for the PA 13ers stadium soon? I'm still pushing for Melissa Brown Memorial Field  Smiley

I am thinknig of naming the stadium, Reggie White Memorial Field, but nothing is decided, would anyone like to bid on a name?

I think Reggie White Field would be appropriate. May he rest in peace.

Philly still needs to pick an NFL team.

How does that work? Can we pick any team we want like last years Eagles or does it have to be a pick of a certain team set aside earlier?

Phil, buy the Michigan team. Nym doesn't seem to want it.

When it comes to football, my allegiance is to Philadelphia. I can get used to the Cheesesteaks...as long as they're without onions.

I would not mind buying the Michigan Franchise and holding it until someone is interested.

Do teams have the ability to re-locate. If so, how much is the Michigan team?  (I will move them to NE Philly if I can buy the team and re-locate)

Yup you can relocate... Remeber the old days when Carolina, Atlanta, and New Orleans were in the Western Division? Same thing can happen here lol

I want the Michigan team!

Now....where should I build a stadium in Northeast Philadelphia...mwhaha!

The Michigan Superiors are now the Northeast Philadelphia 13ers, they will play at Melissa Brown Memorial Field. All of the Superiors' games on the schedule will be changed to 13ers.

Invitation to Mr. BacardiLimon

Please join us, the Northeast Philly 13ers, at our first home game at Melissa Brown Memorial Field   Smiley

The AFL League would like to request NE Philly 13rs become the Philadelphia 13ers

The Philadelphia Cheesesteaks request that the NE Philly 13ers move itself from the city of Philadelphia.

The team will stay as the Northeast Philly 13ers. A city can have two teams. I don't see the problem. Perfect example: Jets and Giants.

Can't get over her? Look at the name of the team. We're the NE Philly 13ers (as in part of the 13th Congressional district). You have a picture of some kid who was hailed as the next State Rep by almost every Dem this year and he just barely broke 40%. Do you really want to start the political attacks again, BL? If so, take it to the PA 13 board.

New York City has like...18 million people.

Philly has 3? 4?

maybe it can stay-maybe-but I stronglyu, strongly recommend the name is changed to Pennsylvania. It not only sounds better, but it also avoids confusion and makes business sense by appealing to a wider market then just one area of one city in the state.

NYC has about 7 million. Philly has 1.5 million. Had to correct that  Smiley

I originally wanted the team to be named the PA 13ers but since the NE Philly part is where myself and BacardiLimon (IrishDem) are from and we focus our debates on the NE Philly part of PA 13/Philly politics, I thought the NE Philly part should stay.

But I am willing to compromise.

The team stays in Northeast Philadelphia. That will not change. However, I will re-name the team. Everyone give a big welcome to the PENNSYVANIA 13ers

Since you sent me a PM of the remaining teams, Akno, I'll pick now.

I pick....the Seahawks (really the only good time out of those provided).
