High amount of non-labor income is the solution.

Well, after all, it is still 'labor income' - just someone else's labor.

This quite neatly sums up your complete lack of knowledge.

Young whippersnapper, 'knowledge' has nothing to do with a difference of opinion.  We all see the same miserable charnel house, you just happen to like it.

I do like being a whippersnapper. The ring of it is quite nice - conjures up the image of someone who is a snappy sort of fellow.

Actually I had no idea what it meant but the urban dictionary suggests it has something to do with your snappy dick!

Basically, when you are rich, you live in a world of porsches, Rolexes, beamers, Criss Crafts, Bayliners and a private house or penthouse on the beach.

When you are super rich, you live in a world of Bugatis, Rolls Royces, Audimars, Gulfstreams and your own private floor or island.

Well, maybe, but I'm sure lots of the super-rich live much more modestly than you are describing.   You make a valid point about the mass-produced 'luxury' lifestyle of the merely rich in contrast to the essentially hand-made-to-order privilege of the super-rich, but the most important fact about either group is their power over fellow humans, not their attire or chattels.

That's what I am talking about, opie. The mass-produced $20000 a month high-end lifestyle  vs. the custom made $200000 a month hyper-lifestyle. ...and yeah. The entire power over humanity thing.

If you are just a small business owner,  a sucessful professional or someone who is "isn't that big yet", you basically aren't that much different than the members of your staff. You generally work or do whatever is "work" to you, go home and rarely if ever make any waves. The only real difference is that you have a faster car, a bigger place to live and get to go further on your vacations. However, once you get passed a certain level of wealth (maybe 20 million, maybe 50 million), your life either becomes very secret or very well published.
