Romney is legally resident in his son's unfinished basement and has been throughout this process.

Are those in the order they will appear on the actual ballots.  Because if so, Paul seems to have won the placement lottery.

At the same time, poor Rick Perry.  He needs as much help he can get and the placement powers thumbed their nose at him.

Similarly, poor Vermin Supreme.

IIRC Paul was the first to register. If the first to register is the first on the ballot also, then that is probably very good for him.

For real?  Common.  That's gotta be like Seymour Butts or Heywood Jablomi.

The NH Primary doesn't order their ballot based on when candidates file, for the record, they do it alphabetically starting with a randomly selected letter. Before 2008, it was randomized by precinct, but now the ballots are the same statewide (IIRC the starting letter last time was Z).

A longtime Pennsylvania State Senator not far from me filed to run and almost no one knows why. I guess it's one of those "I'm running because I can/want to prove a point" candidacies but he hasn't officially commented. Very weird.

Uh...he moved there awhile ago. This is super old news, dumb.

My favorite is "Linden Swift, an 81-year-old retiree from Indiana who failed in his effort to plan a vacation to Ireland."
