I think that's the standard pattern - though W. might have done better among Hispanics than among Asians in 2004.

I think that's the standard pattern - though W. might have done better among Hispanics than among Asians in 2004.

He did quite well among Hispanics, actually. The fact that 2004 was largely fought over foreign policy and social issues, and that Bush spoke Spanish and was Governor of Texas, made him the perfect candidate for Hispanic voters.
