Is there a law that would permit me to do this?

It seems like a common sense bookkeeping procedure.  Does the act creating the Census Bureau not grant the RG the power to update the rolls as necessary?

F.L. 36-14: De-registration of Banned Members Act

1) Any citizen who is banned from the U.S. Election Atlas forums shall immediately be de-registered and removed from the voter rolls in Atlasia. A forum moderator must confirm the banishment.

2) Any citizen who is banned and de-registered shall be barred from re-registering in Atlasia.

3) Should the forum administrator restore a banned account, or publicly give permission to a banned member to return under a new account, then re-registration will be allowed.

Can we get a new one of these? It's been around two months since there was an update to the small party list, long enough so that the numbers from last time don't match up with the current census numbers of Other.
