I just noticed, Homely is also updating the voter list sorts by region and by party, in the beginning posts in the thread.  My hats off to you, Homely- no RG has taken it to this level!!  Cheesy

Looks like you will need to add a column to the rolls, for "caucus".

Speaking as the person who designed the Excel spreadsheet that I think you are still using, all I can say is, good luck with that.  Tongue

The JCP and the RPP don't exist anymore, so technically their members would be independent no ?

I believe that goes into effect Feb. 1.

I counted 7 in the SDU, from new registers alone- not counting old caucus members who haven't re-registered.  Why are you only giving us 5?

Keep in mind, though, that there are still 29 Atlasians who count themselves as members of the JCP and 16 for the RPP. I cannot simply remove all mention of the parties from my records because of the dissolution.

Why not?  They become independents, don't they?

*sigh*  We never should have lowered the threshold for major parties.  Any senators out there want to work on repealing that?  Smiley

Woah, I didn't really intend to start a debate here.

But, since I did, its not that I prefer only 2 parties or that I want to inhibit new parties getting started.  I just think 3 people is setting the bar too low.  It is now too easy for a new party to achieve major party status, making the status seem a little bit irrelevant and overcrowding the registration statistics posts in this thread.  That's all.
