I am consider by some to be on the "far-right" yet I support Israel because it is a useful American ally in the Middle East and the only functioning Democracy in the region. Actually democracy is the major reason I support Israel not some religious second coming nonsense. '

Actually Catholics went for Bush 56-44 in this election IIRC. Hispanics have been trending Republican also and some Asians, like Indian Americans, are very Republican groups.
