I can see it fine here http://www.parties-and-elections.eu/ and I've used this website before, but stopped when all this data had been uploaded to Wikipedia. If any elections are missing from Wikipedia, let me know, as I am keen on doing it myself (check the history pages of half the Japan elections for examples)
