How does one determine what junk food is? I like the tax code to be as simple as possible.

I'm not sure, but the things that generally are regarded as such seem to be taxed and the things that generally aren't aren't, so it must be defined pretty well.

At any rate, I think they have the right idea, even if it isn't perfect.
