Now Bushie is just ripping off the Book of Mormon musical.

Nah, Bushie's right.  The US dollar starts depreciating as soon as you take it off the lot.

LOL Purple heart you Bushie.

He watches AND rewatches Dick Clark's New Years Eve!  I couldn't sit through it once. Hilarious.

lulz

Only Bushie can use "vote for the person" reasoning and come up with Mitt Romney as the best choice.

Any chance we can get a film crew for this?

It would be one of those documentaries where people wouldn't be sure if it was a mockumentary.

Spreading Christianity to uncultured peoples.  Surprised this still goes on.  A trip to Viking Resort in the Dominican Republic would be so much more worth your while Bushie.  Just tell everyone you're going to Africa for "missionary work" then use the money to have a good time!

Once the Afrukians get a look at Bushie, they'll be helpless to resist Jesus.

I'm confident it will.  I Know it's not the most conventional move, and if I had any less of a certainty, I would have definitely gone this morning.

So, what did you save by not going?

What a great season so far. First, jmfcst joins the cast and now these hilarious Kenyan developments.

We are technically in the 3rd season. The show is probably due for a set change.

This is pretty much setting us up for a potential series finale if contract negotiations stall.

Jeff, have you talked to an advisor/counselor about this yet?

well, it would seem he doesn't go to a church that preaches against attempting to read God into everything.

jmfcst is a no good secularist.

Perhaps Google can recommend a good attorney who specialized in international adoption. If you're serious about it, there's going to be a mountain of red tape. And it's going to cost far more than $35/month. Here's some basic info from the gubmint:
http://adoption.state.gov/country_information/country_specific_info.php?country-select=kenya

And from this cursory info, it looks like Kenya does not allow single men to adopt.

Bushie is married to God.

But seriously, that's not surprising.  A single American male wanting to adopt a third world kid reeks of sex tourism and trafficking, especially if they look like Bushie.

If Kenya doesn't work out, perhaps opebo can give you some tips on white man-friendly places in Thailand to practice your love of children.

My favorite part is that he sees God's signs in everything, but being stricken with a deathly illness at the thought of moving to Kenya is not a sign from God.

It's quite obvious that Dave has chosen not to renew this thread for another season and this storyline is heading towards the ultimate closure.

I just heard Lithium by Nirvana for the first time in years and it reminded me of Bushie.

However, the Polyphonic Spree cover is probably better for the tone of Bushie as a person:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vzUh_55x2M

I hope you get it all done, Bushie. It would be quite the disaster to have an unclean house to start your 30s.  Don't let the next 124 hours pass you by.

Laundry planning was about 35% of the original Update. It's a recurring theme to underline the protagonist's obsessive personality. In a way it serves as an illustration to the audience that there really has been no progress or evolution whatsoever. Laundry is the final symbol of the Update's hopeless universe.

you sure know your Update...is there a term for those of you who know every angle of the Update(kinda like Treker is a term for those who follow Star Trek)?

The Atlas will pretty much be required to have an annual meetup to commemorate this show post-cancellation out of respect.  It will probably be at your house.

Wait, it's a Xerox-run Apple call center?

At least it's not going anywhere as opposed to fly by night operations like Dell.

Applying for other jobs before start date really shows the level of commitment I look for in my employees.

BUSHIE!!! You're overlooking something major here: please shave your moustache before going to the PowWow.  You might meet a nice Potawatomi girl, Bushie. You never know what God has in store. Wink

Mods, if you're going to delete something brilliant because of forum rules, at least have the decency to save it on pastebin for us to read with a NSFW tag.
