Given President Pbrunsel's recent announcment that he will not be seeking the nomination of the party, I hereby announce that extra-party candidates for endorsment shall be accepted for placement on the ballot upon the presentation of a petitition signed by at least 5 party members. Any party member with an intention of running will still just need to declare his candidacy, and he shall be placed on the ballot.

We should still have primaries, even if we eventually endorse KEmperor.  We need to make sure that members of the republican party get to have a voice in this.  And besides, we still have two months until the elections, so they'll be plenty of time to make our endorsements in the future.
