Ok, the Secretary of Forum Affairs as asked me to adminster this poll due to the following clause of the Constitution:

Clause 7 states that "The Senate has the power to remove a person from office, after they have been impeached by the people in a public poll administered by the Chief Justice of the Atlas Forum. "

No, you realize that after somebody gets impeached they can NEVER run or be appointed to anything ever again. The forum is too small for us to wipe out members...

I think this is supposed to be a public vote, right? (ie, only stated votes supposed to count)

It says a public poll.  I don't know how you want to interpret that, I simply set up a poll.

A poll is obviously nonsense...although it may or may not be what Dan had in mind when he wrote "public poll".
The most recent constitutional amendment was voted on in a sane fashion. Earlier ones were passed by poll, although there was some confusion, even at the time, whether or not that was correct.

No, he has done his job. His job is to rule on cases, not be active.

Yes
I had a case/question for the Supreme Court and only Peter Bell responded. If he was active, he would have commented.

Actually it doesn't. See my response to MasterJedi's impeachment.
