Ok, the Secretary of Forum Affairs as asked me to adminster this poll due to the following clause of the Constitution:

Clause 7 states that "The Senate has the power to remove a person from office, after they have been impeached by the people in a public poll administered by the Chief Justice of the Atlas Forum. "

I believe the charge is total inactivity.

No, after somebody gets impeached they can NEVER run or be appointed to anything ever again. The forum is too small for us to wipe out members.

Besides, Jedi said he would be on leave for awhile...

Let's see if he gets dismissed first.
I'm heavily leaning towards no, but I'm not voting quite yet.

This is why we need a new consitution to change this.

I'd like to see a firm description of what he should do before I vote him out.

What Beef did before PB was elected.  Offer advice and be active in debates.  Particularly around the Gold Reserve Bill[? name]

The main problem in this is a lack of active GM for most of the time. Hugh's been good but he's going to be campaigning.

The fact that he probably won't reply to this topic anytime soon is sufficient for me to vote yes, sadly.

The guy is away on vacation. If he doesn't return by mid January, then this action is justified.

You should take notice that he did post that he tried to get on but couldn't because he was away for Thanksgiving. I suggest that we give him until January.

The unconstitutional method of public polling strikes again:

Article I Section 3 Clause 1:

"...The poll must be open vote, and all people must make their vote known publicly in the form of a post..."

Please observe the Constitution.

Whilst I have already pointed out the unconstitutional method of polling, I would like the Chief Justice to restart the impeachment poll in a manner consistent with the Constituion considering the fact that Articles were served.

Not any more anyway.

I've yet to cast a vote, though it'll be an Aye.

The Secretary has been in post since November 7th I think, which is over 2 months. Now I am willing to accept that he had family commitments over Christmas, but he has done nothing in his entire two months on the job. This sort of bull has to end, and here, we the People, must draw our line in the sand.

That was only you and Lawrence. There is no other debating, aside from the person administering the vote questioning the validity of one of the votes.
