I don't read any of these frequently.  However, I would say that FR is one the worst "news" sites available.

I'll usually check RedState to get a good snapshot for what the consevative blogosphere thinks about something, but FreeRepublic can be useful as well.

Has Drudge done anything relevant since the Lewinsky scandal?

Drudge lets you in on what all GOPers are thinking, regardless of who they support. You get a good range there.
