(There are a few cases that have always stood out to me as very odd- Iran 1976 comes to mind- but I think it's a lot simpler to assume there's a reasonable explanation that I can't think of, rather than jumping to the silly conclusion that everything we know about physics is wrong, that extraterrestrials exist and can travel faster than the speed of light, and that they enjoy using their spaceships to zip around in our lower atmosphere for no reason)
