Section 2 or any changes thereto won't change my vote on final passage, but on the record I'm just not personally a fan of it.

Break the Shell Corporations Act
1.
Any business in operation within Atlasia may not locate it's headquarters address within a Post Office Box, but rather must have it's physical address at a location, in which the company's headquaters is in operation, and which is owned or rented by the company or it's owners for the purpose of conducting business.
2.
Only one business may be allowed to be headquartered for tax purposes at an individual address.
3.
Businesses run out of private residences by persons officially resident in them shall be construed as meeting the criteria laid out in Section 1.

It's too late now of course, but I probably would have voted aye.
I worry about section 2, and think we should perhaps consider tightening up that loose end through further legislation.

While I agree section 2 could be construed as vague, it is not for the purposes of this law. If two businesses share an office suite, for example, they can just have a separate address... like
