Section 2 or any changes thereto won't change my vote on final passage, but on the record I'm just not personally a fan of it.

I also question the necessity of Section 2. I cheerfully despise office parks but they exist for a reason.
That's a crucial point. And it's not just office parks that are affected by this.  You need to define "address" here.

"Those who begin coercive elimination of dissent soon find themselves exterminating dissenters. Compulsory unification of opinion achieves only the unanimity of the graveyard. . . The test of its substance is the right to differ as to things that touch the heart of the existing order."

I have no problem with either, and accept both as friendly. Though I will stubbornly not budge on altering Section 2, just to let Nathan know. Tongue

Senators have 24 hours to object.

This bill is very well-intentioned, but the objections I raised prior are the reason for my vote.

It's too late now of course, but I probably would have voted aye.

I worry about section 2, and think we should perhaps consider tightening up that loose end through further legislation.

Agreed. Perhaps we could draft something up for those purposes?

While I agree section 2 could be construed as vague, it is not for the purposes of this law.  If two businesses share an office suite, for example, they can just have a separate address... like
