Two last minute votes! Which gives us ties in multiple rounds.
Quorum votes:
6 None
4 50
2 60 > 70 > 50
1 60 > 50
1 40 > 30 > None
1 30 > 40 > None
1 70 > 60 >50
QUORUM RESULTS-
Round 1
6 None
4 50%
3 60%
1 70%
1 40%
1 30%
Round 2
8 None
4 50%
4 60%
I'll use Atlasia's tie-breaking method: 50% has more first preferences and goes onto the final round.
Round 3
8 None
8 50%
The mean is 32.5%, the median is 45%, and the mode is none/0%.
SENATE ENDORSEMENTS-
Teddy has since dropped out of the race.
The votes are as follows:
4 Sewer > Junkie > 20RP12
1 Sewer > 20RP12 > Junkie
4 Junkie > Sewer > 20RP12
2 Junkie > 20RP12 > Sewer
3 20RP12
2 blank
Preference #3 - Round 1
6 Junkie
5 Sewer
3 20RP12
20RP12 an is eliminated. None of his voters had preferences beyond him. Junkie wins preference #3.
Preference #4
9 Sewer
5 20RP12
Sewer wins preference #4. 20RP12 wins preference #5 by default.

alright here's an updated version of my proposed bylaw for dissolution... I used the 40% compromise for quorum. Any check for spelling errors or obvious mistakes is appreciated!
Quote
Dissolution Amendment
1) Article II, Section 2, Other Party Activites of the official party bylaws shall be become Section 3.
2) The following is added as Section 2: Dissolution:
1) Any member may petition for the dissolution of the party. At least 10% of the party's membership must sign the petition within five days. The Chair shall then open voting on the matter for a total of five days. If there is an ongoing convention, the petition and vote shall take place in the convention thread. Otherwise new threads may be created.
2) The proposed dissolution may be conditional on the dissolution of one or more other parties and provide a time frame for dissolution.
3) Dissolution must receive a majority in favor in order to proceed with a quorum equal to 40% of the party's membership.
3) Should the party have any caucuses in accordance with the Caucus Infrastructure and Formation Act, those caucuses shall become full-fledged parties upon the party's official dissolution.
