Vice-President Richard M Nixon (R-CA)/Senator Clifford P Case (R-NJ)
Senator John F Kennedy (D-MA)/Senate Majority Leader Lyndon B Johnson (D-TX)
Unpledged electors

I think the Bay of Pigs would ahve beena  success as Nixon knew of the sacred cos in the CIA and wouldn't have treated it as a covert US operation, allowing the B-52s to provide air cover. Then, he would realize President Buchanan's dreams of the US state of Cuba by territorialising it.

President Richard M Nixon(R-CA)/Senator Everett Dirksen (R-IL) 290 EV
Senate Maj Leader LBJ (D-TX)/Senator HHH (D-MN) 195 EV
Senator Strom Thurmond (SRD-SC)/Gov Orval Faubus (SRD-AR) 53 EV
War rages on in Vietnam and the Bay of Pigs is a success. The economy grows, but the major focus is Nam. LBJ calls Nixon a warmongerer while Thurmond steals the Souhern base and splits the vote all over. VP Case is dropped from the ticket in favour of war supporter and civil rights warrrior Everett Dirksen of illinois. He champions American Imperialism and wins the African American vote by giving DC representation in the Eleoral Colllege and signing the Voting rights act into law. Minorities becoem swing voters rather than a demociratic base.
He wins a second term where he wins the war in Nam, opens up relations with China and produces a surplus.

Yes the Voting Rights Act is passed by his admin as I state in the second post. The African-American vote is split between both parties and the Hispanic vote favours GOP. So expect Florida and new Mexico to trend more republican in future elections.
