I guess the news of Romney stealing both CPAC and Maine has sunk in.

The question is whether Santorum will reach Gingrich's peak of 35%.

Excellent. I was really worried for that day or two that that there was no change that Santorum was about to start falling like Gingrich. I'm hoping Rick is resistant to the sort of collapse the other ABRs have had. It probably helps that his surge was in two different parts, rather than from nothing to the lead like the other ABRs.

I can barely even look at a thread about this primary without snickering anymore. This is ridiculous.

This is our time. It's ironic that February 28th - the fifth anniversary of the worst day of my life - might turn out to be one of the best.

Looking at the poll data, February 14 seems to have been a good day for Mitt, being the last time he actually gained. That falls off tomorrow, so he should drop another point or two tomorrow. Smiley

Santorum has now tied Romney for the second highest peak on the RCP national average. He is also only 1% point below the highest anyone has been on the Gallup tracking poll.
