Neither do I.  I don't know why, I guess I don't have any solid reasons why a foreigner shouldn't be able to run for president...they just...shouldn't.  That's the way it is!  Glad you understand Smiley

If the US annexes Canada in the next couple decades, it may be open.  And we may pass that ammendment for Ahnuld anyway, hah.

He's too young to have been born under Franco, and generally no Spanish people fled after the fifties.

I'm guessing Argentina or possibly Chile, both fit the time frame.
