It's her race to lose.

- Warren's got a better message in MA being against Wall Steet rather than being a favorite son of Wall Street

- Warren's an active campaigner, good speaker, and she's got activists coming out of the woodwork to oust Brown. Puritan guilt no doubt, for having screwed up in the special election in January 2010. Being a Harvard professor isn't a liability in a state where education is a very big business.

- The Tea Party brand is toxic in MA and it's guilt by association for Brown.

- While the economy's not great, it's better than most of the country and housing prices are starting to rise again.

- Obama is well liked and will beat Romney by 15% (they had him) and Gingrich by 25% or more. It's a presidential election and there will be 800,000 more votes coming predominantly from high Democratic areas.

- Brown's not unpopular, but he's below 50%.

- The national party is going to spend big bucks on this race to offset Rove and Wall Street money.

Nice going Warren, Brown's keep fillibustering ways has gotten him into hot water with Dem electorate in MASS. Want someone to work with the Prez.

It's too late to switch parties.

Yup. That's all she wrote, folks. The race is over now! Might as well call it!

I'd gladly give up a couple seats as long as we can have her in the Senate.

This would be a great trade for Ben Nelson's.

And when the pendulum swings back... yep. Though if Brown remains in a largely porcupinish position until a summer Blitzkrieg as I've heard, the strategist in question makes John Weaver look like a genius in comparison.

Going into 2012 with MA at least Lean D also makes a continued Senate majority a reasonable prospect for the Democrats.  Right now it looks a lot harder for the GOP to get 5 pickups than 4 in a neutral year.

I at least admired her conviction in the past... but after the "no one got rich on his own" speech, I would love nothing more then to see her get destroyed even by a Massachusetts moderate

You would think someone who came from the middle class and is now worth many millions like her would appreciate someone who built his own business. "You built a factory? Good for you!" in a sarcastic, condesending tone just shows the disdain she has for American ingenuity

Guess what- I built a business, and I paid taxes but not only that, I employed people, I built homes for people to live in, I helped grow this state in a small way...I have never had more than $1.4M in assets and have much less then that now, but to her I am the same as a Wall Street fat cat

Every thing she says offends me...she reminds me of Jane Fonda....

And what an emotional you-know-what, the way her head shakes and she has to stop and regain composure every five seconds...I have no problem voting for a woman, but a you-know-what like her who has the emotions of the one girl in class not asked to prom...UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, no! Look out Scott Brown: Lawrence O'Donnell, the super genius with his own MSNBC show that about six people might watch, just said that an incumbent Senator polling at 42% absolutely cannot win re-election! And why is that? Well because the undecided voters break for the challenger. Nevermind the fact that this race is about a year away. Lawrence has spoken! This one is over, folks.

I never watch that Lawrence O'Donnell show, but an incumbent who hasn't been able to get out of the upper 30's to low-mid 40's in a single poll against an opponent who is probably an even worse fit for Massachusetts than he is, should at the very least be concerned.

No one here is saying that he can't win.  But he's officially in Ben Nelson territory now.  That can't really be denied.

Brown was always going to be an underdog if Democrats got a good challenger and that is what happened. Incumbency has set in.

And BigSkyBoob said that Brown is a "stud of a candidate" that will eat Warren alive.
