Not much difference, but Clinton might have had a shot at Nebraska's 2nd CD. Oh, and Bush would have likely carried Tennessee(no Al Gore).

There wouldn't be much of a difference.  Clinton would do much worse in the South without the Gore family name.  However, he would do well in the Midwest.  With Kerrey in the race, Clinton wouldn't lose as many votes to Perot.  This map might be optimistic, but Bush only won South Dakota by 3 and Kansas by 5 in the real election.  With Clinton's lost votes to Perot back, I think he would be able to win those states.  The closest states are North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Montana, and Colorado.

5% swing to Clinton in West, 5% swing to Bush in South

Missouri and Arkansas would be close...
