Some proposals:

1. Creating position of the Caucus Whip, which shall act as Chairman, when the one is absent and direct our policy actions
2. Having caucus conferences in each two months in order to determine platform and endorsements

I would support Kalwejt's suggestions.

One other thing: With the current troubles in Europe, the term "social democratic" has more and more come to mean centrist Europeans willing to submit to harsh austerity measures by the Franco-German rightists. In addition, with Atlasia being an alternate America, I think we should choose a name with some historical context while still reflecting our general platform. Therefore, I suggest we change our name to the Farmer-Labor Caucus.

An yeah, Snowstalker has a valid point. Even though it's absolutely depressing to see how great and noble name of Social-Democracy is being so improperly used today.

Well, I'm seconding it just to allow for a vote. I'll vote to keep the current name but the issue deserves to be resolved.

Since my own Labor Caucus failed to gain much traction, I'd like to join this one.
