Please no.

If she is actually concerned about taking back Washington D.C., then why didn't she drop out in 2010 and let Castle take it?

Maybe Giuliani persuaded her Newt's more electable so she reflexively endorsed Romney.

Her endorsement of Romney has more to do with family values. Gingrich is a serial adulterer. Romney is a family man. On social issues that matter to O'Donelll ie (outlawing abortion/gay rights) Romney if he ran for US Senator or Governor in Utah instead of Massachusetts would have campaigned as a pro life/anti gay marriage Republican.

This is like Olympia Snowe endorsing Rick Perry.

Well it should help him since Tea Partiers are the reason why he isn't doing well right now.

And O'Donnell continues to drag the Republican ticket wherever she goes.

What else do you suggest Romney does? O'Donnell is still incredibly popular with a large portion of the Republican electorate. It's smart of him to accept her endorsement.

The small bump (if any) will be mitigated  by the drag with independents. She turned a sure victory into a humiliating loss, made numerous gaffes, and came off as an idiot in the race.

He needs the backing of the tea party and she represents a large portion of that electorate.

Her endorsement matters minimally, she has repeatedly been defeated multiple times over and over again in a small state that doesn't have a primary until April.  She is not a big tea party name like Palin or Bachmann (look how far the tea party got Bachmann), she is an extremely minor player who has been rejected by voters multiple times.  Her endorsement matters as much as Angle, Miller and Buck; the other tea party failures of 2010.  At least Sharon Angle is in a state where the people get a choice relatively early where it matters most

"That's one of the things that I like about him -- because he's been consistent since he changed his mind."

-- Christine O'Donnell, quoted by Politico, on her endorsement of Mitt Romney.

My little opinion is this will have zero impact. Most endorsements do have a next to zero impact.

Last blip from O'Donnell as she fades off of the radar forever.
