Would the X be the anti-Romney? Its doubtful this scenario would happen - either the anti-Romney or Romney himself will no doubt have the nomination by June.

No, because Paul and Romney would be beaten fairly easily. If there are 2 anti-Romney/Pauls (say Huntsman and Perry/Gingrich), then it could happen and it would be wide open.
