I actually hope there is instability on the grounds that it could hopefully lead to a free nation.

How could they be? There isn't a single free nation on Earth.

Wouldn't be surprised if he's been dead for a little while and they only just announced it to be honest.

I don't wish death on many, but he was on the list. Good riddance. Let's hope some changes for the better occur in North Korea after this.

Highly doubtful. I think it'll just be more of the same.

This is the first step to reunification under the Soeul government.

Nah, just another North Korean dictator. Re-unification is going to be decades if not generations away at this rate.

At this point, there's such a huge disparity in economics, culture and even language that it would make Germany's re-unification problems look quibbling.

Very good news for my Dead Pool, two in a week (Hitchens) has moved me from the 90s into the top 10.  Come on Zsa Zsa and Ariel Sharon!

Oh man, Ariel Sharon's still alive?! Last I heard he was on the brink of death's door.

Osama bin Laden, Muammar Gaddafi and now him.

2011 has been quite the year.

With any luck, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei will be next...

Mahmoud Ahmedinejad would agree.
