I have long been considering it done. And anyways, it would be too late. According to the Pacific constitution, five signatures have to come within one week if you want to push something onto the ballot against the governor's will.
Which reminds me, Hugh, of your proposition-in-the-making.
Could you post a final draft soon, I want to sign it.
