None of Bachmann, Santorum and Perry would be CPÖ, because it's an obscure fringe party.

I'd say Perry and Santorum are CPÖ, but Bachmann more likely FPÖ, while Obama is a member of SPÖ for sure (before being elected, he was a liberal democrat). Johnson would be an independent because there's no party here which fits him
