I hate to say this but, objectively, there were millions of former Nazis in Germany after the war.

Of course, I won't justify recycling former high-rank Nazis, like Globke.

Anyway, I vote FF because Adenauer's achievements largely outweights his flaws, like one you mentioned. I'm emphasizing his role in German-French reconciliation and as one of the European Community founding fathers.

It's really easy to dig up quotes/actions of all heads of government outside of wealthy European nations with less than ten million people in order to paint said head of government as an HP.

Adenauer wanted to create a separate Rhinish state after WWI. It's kind of funny he then went to become a founding father of the Bundesrepublik.
