What is this? I get that the band's name is Girls' Generation. Are they performing for North Korean soldiers?

It's a South Korean band that's inexplicably popular here.

Girls' Generation is incredibly, incredibly popular in most of the Pacific Rim (including, as Xahar says, places like the West Coast and Australia, oddly enough). It's a cultural-ambassadorship thing. Sort of.

I don't think the DPRK would be scared of 'Gee'.

'Run Devil Run', maybe.

So, you suggest that South Korea should secretly fly a few of these barbie-like South Korean pop-star girlies into North Korea and then the South Korean soldiers should play a version of capture-the-flag and invade the North Huh

Tongue

Hmm.

I definitely don't see a lot of South Korean girls then. They all look like 13, but they are 23 in reality.

Yeah, that happens in East Asia. When you study the area for long enough you get to have a better sense for how the aging process works, and to me they're all clearly in their twenties.
