Santorum winning Iowa down to 3% on InTrade. Of course that's triple what it was for Hillary winning NH the day of the primary.

No, it depends on the precinct.  Both years I went to the MN caucuses there were ballots with names printed on them, albeit in a way that suggested the ballots were made in Microsoft Word.

Yeah, I'd been under the impression there were no precincts that used pre-printed ballots but I found out tonight that's not true. Some do print them.
