It would seem to me with only 7% reporting in Story and 74% in Dubuque that Romney has this in the bag.
What am I missing that y'all are seeing?

Gingrich claims he won't run a negative campaign, and yet attacks Romney and Paul in his speech?

Romney threw millions into this state over the last two months Tmth, don't try to dumb down his loss. He lost, he'll still win New Hampshire on have a good chance in SC if no conservative backs out. This isn't the end of his campaign, but it is a bad loss for him tonight.

Even if Romney eeks out Santorum it looks like he will come short on his 2008 showing of 25.2% and 30k votes. Paul more than doubled his suuprt but Romney spent millions to stay the same (or actually drop)
Yeah, lets ignore the fact that in 2008, Romney focused heavily in Iowa, and in 2012, he didn't really start campaigning aggressively there until a week or two ago.

How are the CDs shaking up?
Eyeballing it, I'd say Santorum wins IA-04, and Romney wins IA-03. I'm not sure about the other two.

Gingrich needs to stop playing victim card. Crybaby image reminds people of why the grew to hate him in 90s . Plus people liked Newt the fighter at the debates. He is undmining his own new brand

Santorum up by 72 now, 93% in
But Woodbury has shot it's wad now, and what was left came in as those precincts before, with about a 7 point Santorum lead. So that Rick node is out of play now. Maybe it will come down to "my" county, Madison County.

Romney lost? I haven't received that memo yet.
Gingrich isn't the victim. He's an arrogant prick who has a horrible past, and deserves getting attacked for it.

Only 7% reported in Story County. That's pretty much what we are waiting on.

It DOESN'T matter if Romney eeks past Santorum. The fact that it came this close, and went on this late, is something Santorum can call a victory.

Story County has started to report more, and Romney is winning there.
7% ? Not exactly an indication.

Reading the 3012 boards dulls one's sense of irony.
Seriously. How many times can we read about the Obamachine 3000 pulling ahead of the Reagantronix QLZ in the race for Mars Mutant Colony's 48 electoral votes? Sheesh!
