I do not think either quote is true, though I suppose it depends on which definitions one is using.

A "racist" to me is someone who sorts people into categories based on perceived biological attributes they share in common, those distinctions in turn being used to make assumptions regarding what individuals within those racial groupings are like. A "class warrior" seems to reference advocates of advancing the alleged interests of one or more socioeconomic categories of people when their objectives are thought to be in conflict with those of another.

Perhaps the person issuing the statement could themselves be one of those things... but I have yet to witness a clear example of it myself. Though I realize it is to stereotype and generalize to say this, I would expect accusations of racism to typically come from people who themselves are not racist and for claims of an individual being a class warrior to be declared by those who are more in support of fostering forms of inter-class cooperation intended to achieve mutual gains.

The second is marginally more true because "class warfare" is a more subjective term than "racism" is.

Anyone even asking this question is clearly a racist engaged in class warfare.

I say it's more like a class warrior engaged in racism.
