Fox says independents are going 30% Romney, 29% Paul

I hate to sound like a Mitt fanboy, but that's first wave...a lot of people who work 9-5 + commute just started voting and they'll be solid Romney.  Paul should get 20% overall though if turnout is really 50% independents.

And 27% Huntsman.  The independents are making up 44% of the vote.  Romney is leading self identified conservatives.

That tracks very well with the crosstabs of the last PPP poll, which had 41% Independents and out of them ca. 27% for Romney, 24% for Paul and 23% for Huntsman.

CNN Exit Poll says 47% are Indies and 4% Democrats and just 49% Republicans.

Paul wins 29% of Independents, which means he's at 15% statewide alone from Independents and Democrats. If he gets 10% with Republicans, he's already @ 20%.

This will soon start getting very boring. I'll probably go to bed at 3am here already (9pm your time).

Believe it or not, if these results stay like they are right now then Zogby will have the best poll out there ... Wink

They had Romney at 38% and Paul at 24%.

All others had Paul at only 16-18% ...

Obama seems to do well outside of HB, so he'll soon fight with Bill Clinton's 84% in 1996.

I'm pretty sure NH counts the write-ins individually (as they did in 1996) and I think a lot of write-ins on the DEM side will by Hillary, Romney and Paul votes.

The NH SoS now has the official numbers up:

http://www.sos.nh.gov/presprim2012/RepSummaryPres.htm

http://www.sos.nh.gov/presprim2012/DemSummaryPres.htm

...

No Hillary write-in votes on the Democratic side. Only Republican candidates. Very strange.
