It would depend a lot on how much integrity each candidate had. Is the leftwinger an anti-gun, anti-business, a racist pushing AA or wanting to completely disarm the military? Is the rightwinger anti-gay, anti-science, a racist pushing Mexicans or wanting to invade everywhere? I'd vote for Obama over McCain and probably Romney, but I don't think there are too many other Dems I could vote for. On the other hand, there isn't very many Pubies I could vote for either.

I guess social issues are more important to me, but economic issues are just more important.

A lot of lefties have, for whatever reason, come to hate libertarians.
