Has the preferential voting been fixed, Demrepdan?

If so, i'm happy to ratify it, but I won't do so until Miamiu or Nym gives the all clear, obviously Smiley

Well, this is a temporary spike in the GOP nomination. It will fade when we have shortned the list. I am sure that GWBfan, Justin and Supersoulty will be willing to settle down the race.

I wish to commend the members of the PP on their dedication to the constituion, but unlike the Democrats and Republicans, they dont have a major party with many members, so we have to do things a bit differently.

What authority does MiamiU have here?

He is the party chairman-if he says it's bad for the party then I won't ratify. If he says uit's good, I will probably ratify, not because of what he said but because I think it is a good basis to work off.

But we need to sort out regions once and for all, and what a governor comes from (Region or District), and get PREFERENTIAL VOTING IN.

OK. We then have a bit of a problem with the map in the onstituion-the region with TX only has two members.

Whilst I am strongly for 10-state regions, we need to re-work it a bit from what is already in there.

let's ratify article-by-article, amendement-by-amendement, so that nothing slips through.
